- Second chair to the Senior Pastor

- Created and coordinated our 120 member volunteer team: Team Reality
- Developed custom-made web-based administrative software for tracking attendance, offering, members, event signups, prayer requests, guests, online giving, and more
- Planned, Coordinated, and Executed numerous church events including a free community Easter Egg Hunt with 35,000 egg and 10,000 in attendance (2012)
- Coordinated our small group system with near 80% participation rate.
- Created the communication plan for promotion of events via live announcements, video announcements, email, Facebook, printed flyers, and newsletters.
- Produced graphics and video for Sunday mornings and promotional purposes.
- Developed and managed the church website.
- Assisted in the relocation of the church from a rented school to a movie theater (2012)
- Preached on Sunday mornings 6 – 8 times per year on average
- Taught various classes
- Lead several men’s small groups
